Returns
Unworn, unwashed, tags on: 30 days for a full refund or free size exchange. Drops and pre-orders are final sale — clearly labeled at checkout.
US customers get a prepaid QR label. International returns are on the buyer, but exchanges are always free — one shot, on us.
Damaged in transit or misprinted? Send a photo within 7 days to support@iwon.example and we'll replace it before you get to the reply.
The Fine Print
- Orders ship Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Newark, NJ.
- You'll get a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch.
- We can't reroute in-transit orders — double-check the address at checkout.
- Import duties are prepaid for CA / UK / EU / AUS. Everywhere else, they're the buyer's responsibility.
